Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products unless goods are damaged. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and keep the prices fair, all items are ‘’FINAL SALE’’.

All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you to ensure that you enjoy wearing your stunning purchase hassle free!

However, ONLY in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us at (info@underoneumbrella.org) within 48 HOURS of receiving your order and we will ship out another piece of the same item. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us. Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable and Under One Umbrella won’t be liable to pay the duty/taxes arises on the return shipment.

 

  1. Items that you return should not be used, altered/tampered or soiled
  2. All original packing, labels, tags, care cards etc. should be intact
  3. We will schedule a pick up from the delivery address
  4. Once the product has been received and checked by our team, we will contact you to dispatch the replacement.

Where is your warehouse based?

  • Our warehouses are based all over the world as we are a global sourcing platform.
  • We do not have any retail outlet, our presence is only online at the moment.

 

How long do you take to dispatch the products?

  • All products are dispatched from the warehouse within 7 days. 

 

Once dispatched, how long will you take to deliver my products?

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 5-7 workings days (Monday - Friday) after it has been dispatched from the warehouse.

 

What are your shipping charges?

  • The shipping charges are applicable as per the size, weight, pick-up and drop-off location. The shipping price will be mentioned on your order before you purchase a product. 

 

What can I do if I have paid for my order but I never receive it?

  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

 

What does your packaging include?

  • We constantly strive to avoid generating waste by keeping our packaging to a minimum and using recycled material.

 

Other things to note

  • Some orders, such as one-off products/customized orders may take longer.
  • We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
